These terms are the agreement between you and Bodhisla Ltd ("we", "us") for your use of Harmonics, part of the Amari.ai Sanctuary within the Heaven Ecohub Ecosystem. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Wellbeing Disclaimer.
Harmonics is a contemplative audio tool, pure-tone frequency sessions, melodies, and a guided preparation practice, for relaxation and wellbeing. It is not a medical device or treatment. Please read the Wellbeing Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
You need an account to subscribe. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.
5% of all subscription revenue is donated to the Indigo Children's Project. This is a non-negotiable, sacred commitment woven into the foundation of Harmonics, your subscription is, in part, an act of care.
Harmonics is for your own personal wellbeing use. Please don't:
Harmonics, and any recording you make with the "record with your voice" feature, are for your own personal use. The one exception: if you are a professional (therapist, coach, sound healer), you may create recordings and share those recordings with your own clients as part of your practice.
If any meditation or recording you create is shared, played, or shown in a public place, you must include an appropriate health & wellbeing disclaimer with it, in particular the seizure caution, and that it is for wellbeing and not medical treatment.
This permission covers the recordings you create. It does not permit sharing your Harmonics account, or copying or redistributing the app or its sessions, melodies, or content as your own.
We work to keep Harmonics available and to preserve your data, but we can't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve, or occasionally suspend features.
Harmonics is provided for wellbeing and relaxation "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for meaningful changes, let opted-in users know by email. Continuing to use Harmonics after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Grenada, where Bodhisla Ltd is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
