Your privacy is not a legal formality to us, it is a sacred commitment. This policy explains, in plain and honest language, exactly what Harmonics collects, why, how we protect it, and the rights you hold over your own information. Your sovereignty over your data is absolute.
Harmonics is part of the Amari.ai Sanctuary, which sits within the Heaven Ecohub Ecosystem, and is operated by Bodhisla Ltd, registered at 106–107 Lucas Street, Saint Georges, Grenada. For any privacy question, data request, or concern, contact harmonics@iamamari.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.
We do not collect location data, device fingerprints, or browsing history, and we hold no data for advertising or profiling. Your sessions, saved presets, journal entries and recorded I AM stay in your browser on your device, we never receive them.
Accounts and subscription records are held in Google Firebase with restricted access. All connections are encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS, and authentication is handled through Firebase with secure token management. Where you can choose your data's region, it is stored within the European Union.
We use only a strictly-necessary authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We use no tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies of any kind.
We will only email you news about Amari & Harmonics if you opt in, it is never assumed, and never required. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us. Withdrawing does not affect anything sent before. Everyone who does not opt in hears from us only where strictly necessary for the service (such as a billing matter).
Under the GDPR and applicable law you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), data portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Exercise any of these by emailing harmonics@iamamari.ai; we respond within 30 days.
Harmonics is offered by subscription (see the Terms). Payment is handled entirely by PayPal, we never see or store your card details.
5% of all subscription revenue is donated to the Indigo Children's Project. This is a non-negotiable, sacred commitment woven into the foundation of Harmonics.
Harmonics is intended for adults (16+). Our "For Children" sessions are designed to be played by a parent, for a child in the room, the parent holds the account and presses play; the child never uses the app. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, email harmonics@iamamari.ai and we will delete it promptly.
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let opted-in users know by email. We will never reduce your rights without clear notice.
