The sound

• Nothing is playing: check the silent switch and the volume, then use the Stereo check on the home screen — it plays a tone in one ear at a time, so you can hear straight away whether sound is reaching you.
• The binaural sessions need headphones: the two tones have to reach you one per ear for the third to be made between them. Through a speaker they simply mix in the air. Isochronic mode is built for speakers and is available for every session.
• Every layer has its own fader during a session — the tones, the melody, the substrate, the ladder and your own voice. If one of them is too loud, it can be moved without stopping.

Your subscription

• Bought on iPhone or iPad: manage or cancel it in the Settings app, under your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles the billing and we cannot alter it from our side.
• Bought on the web: manage or cancel it in your PayPal account, under Automatic Payments.
• Charged in error, or could not reach what you paid for? Write to harmonics@iamamari.ai and we will put it right.

Your account

• Signing in is only needed to subscribe. Thirty seconds of every session is free and needs no account at all.
• You can sign in with a magic link sent to your email, with Apple, or with Google. A password is optional and can be set from the Account sheet.
• To have your account and everything in it deleted, write to harmonics@iamamari.ai. We do it, we do not argue about it, and we confirm when it is done.
